Cancellations, Returns, & Exchanges
All sales are final, including pre-orders. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Occasionally prints are lost or get damaged in transit. If you have an issue like this with your order please let me know via email: email@example.com and we'll do our best take care of it. Due to the limited nature of our prints however, sometimes supplies for a replacement may not be not available and a refund will be the only option.
Typically orders are fulfilled within 5 business days. Sometimes it takes longer during busy shopping seasons, or after a new print releases. You will get a notification email once your order ships.
Shipments within the US are sent via USPS Priority Mail. Once the order is fulfilled, deliveries generally take 1–3 business days to arrive. The delivery is guaranteed and tracking is included.
International shipments are sent via USPS First Class International. Deliveries generally take between 10–30 days to arrive, although there are no guarantees or reliable tracking included. If you are interested in expedited or guaranteed delivery you can email us before hand, however you will most likely find it prohibitively expensive.
Prints are put in plastic sleeves and rolled up inside of a 4" shipping tube.
